Really like it!
(To get a second free exercise session, you have to rate the app & write a review. I did that day 2. It is now day 6, and I am updating my review and adding a star.)
I am out of shape. 5 minutes of beginner yoga was REALLY hard the first day. But Ive done a 5 minute yoga workout (with this app) every day for almost a week, and I can feel the improvement in my strength and balance, and it is easier to do the program. I no longer need most of the breaks between each pose.
FYI, Ive only done the yoga part so far, but Im guessing the other areas have similar features.
The app supplies a picture, instructions on doing each pose, a goal to aim for (10 seconds to start with), and a timer. At the end, you tell it how long you were able to hold that pose. Each days poses are different than the day before, so you are always working new areas.
I assume it will increase the goal time and difficulty as Im able to hold each pose longer, but since Im on day 6, I cant actually say yet.
I can do most or all poses even if Im wearing jeans. Workout clothes not required (so far), removing an excuse for me not doing it.
I highly recommend this app!
(The one thing Id change is the thing where you say how long you were able to do that exercise/pose. If you accidentally click away from it, there is no way to get it back and say that you did it.)
