I just had a baby and this really helps cut the cost of going to the gym
Its great! I really enjoy this app! Really love the yoga part of it as well :3
Quick and easy, no equipment required. Nice variety of exercises to focus on areas.
I like it but i dont like something i dont want to give money for other workouts
The app is awesome i hate that u have to pay 9.99 for the whole app
(To get a second free exercise session, you have to rate the app & write a review. I did that day 2. It is now day 6, and I am updating my review and adding a star.) I am out of shape. 5 minutes of beginner yoga was REALLY hard the first day. But Ive done a 5 minute yoga workout (with this app) every day for almost a week, and I can feel the improvement in my strength and balance, and it is easier to do the program. I no longer need most of the breaks between each pose. FYI, Ive only done the yoga part so far, but Im guessing the other areas have similar features. The app supplies a picture, instructions on doing each pose, a goal to aim for (10 seconds to start with), and a timer. At the end, you tell it how long you were able to hold that pose. Each days poses are different than the day before, so you are always working new areas. I assume it will increase the goal time and difficulty as Im able to hold each pose longer, but since Im on day 6, I cant actually say yet. I can do most or all poses even if Im wearing jeans. Workout clothes not required (so far), removing an excuse for me not doing it. I highly recommend this app! (The one thing Id change is the thing where you say how long you were able to do that exercise/pose. If you accidentally click away from it, there is no way to get it back and say that you did it.)

Some bad moments

Great. Workout short enough to get it in each morning and long enough to feel like a full workout.
I like it so far. It works because Im not looking for anything intense since I have 2 small kids to entertain. My 3 year old does this with me while the newborn sleeps!
Im hoping to stick with the program so far I like that it has a variety of exercises that has made me feel the burn. So if I can stay dedicated Im expecting some results
Im starting to exercise to gain weight and tone my thighs, etc. This is really helping me!
Just started all looks doable. One of the yoga poses was not, but Ill keep working at it!
I love this app a lot! It helped me start a road to a happier healthier life, and the session are really easy, anyone can do it. Its changed me so much thank you HomeWorkout!!
