Very useful and good for my body shaping!!!

Great. Workout short enough to get it in each morning and long enough to feel like a full workout.

So far so good.

I like it so far. It works because Im not looking for anything intense since I have 2 small kids to entertain. My 3 year old does this with me while the newborn sleeps!
